went out to bugis with pris and rev
-finally got to see the famous bras besarh!
i dont know what its spelt like
but it looks better this way =)
and got an amath ten year series for 3 bucks!

also checked out some lovely little artsy shoppes
so cyute! they had little mini roses
in a soothing green and multi-coloured silk ropes!

then we went to THE National Library!
it was a building made to intimidate alright
it was full of complicated designs and
when you step into the entrance-
you feel such an overpowering sense of
peace
probably from the football-arena wide space
and flowing red and black drapes
swishing in the breeze from the three storey high ceiling.
and then was a blissfully uninterrupted 3 hrs spent
in there -
sweet isolated silence.
i have been so deprived of the wonders of bugis-
but
never again!
